There are many reasons you might want to access a list of positive qualities.  For example, a list of good character qualities will help you recognize the types of people you wish to be around.  As a leader, you will always be on the lookout for people who possess some traits that are characteristic of those on the list of positive qualities.  You may even find yourself developing a checklist of most sought after attributes for your team.

A follower meanwhile may find it beneficial to develop a list of good character qualities for their leaders.  A follower may not always have the choice of whom they follow at work.  Followers must examine organizational values if they choose to match their preferences with those of the company.

Followers can choose to engage with individuals who possess positive qualities outside of work.  Having a basic understanding of the types of traits that would appear on a list of good character qualities will allow you to identify the reason for following certain leaders.

What Should a Leader Search for in a List of Positive Qualities in their Followers?

You can make the case that any characteristic is part of a list of good character qualities.  In a list of 20 qualities of a great employee, the recommendation is not to emphasize personality entirely but give it heavyweight when choosing between qualified candidates.  Leaders should choose employees who are:
